I love making cards for all occasions, and there is something extra gratifying when I can create a unique card for someone in my life. Today’s post is all about my great friend, Lisa! I celebrate her birthday by making her a special card featuring a layered stencil background using beautiful, vibrant colors. I added some shabby chic ephemera to the card panel, and I love how this card turned out!
