If you’ve ever wished you could get more from a single wreath stamp, you’re going to love this fun Double Wreath Trick! In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to transform one wreath design into a beautiful dimensional shaker card using a simple technique that creates the illusion of a larger, fuller wreath.
Along the way, I’ll share my favorite die alignment tip, color the wreath with Ohuhu alcohol markers, add elegant heat embossing on vellum, create a sparkling gold splatter background, and assemble the shaker card with plenty of shimmer and shine. This versatile technique can be adapted to many different wreaths and even other circular dies, making it a great addition to your card-making toolbox.
Whether you’re an experienced card maker or just getting started with shaker cards, I hope this project inspires you to try something new and gives you ideas you can use in your own handmade cards.
